I stumbled upon this t-shirt design contest for Modern Amusement. I thought I give it a try, but after I finished, I decided not to submit it. I really wanted to post this to show how simple ideas can help you develop. I finished the bird one today, but I made the second one in July 2011.

I can see how similar they are even though I honestly don’t even remember designing anything since July. This old one was made with accidents I happened to like so I committed to them. Now my videos are started to have animations on top of real footage. I’m definitely headed towards some direction and it all starts with building on that “I like this” feeling.
